Independent clinics told us a clear story: too many phone calls, paper parchas, lost bills, and software that felt heavy. After speaking with 40+ doctors across Bengaluru, we built DocPoc to be the simple, WhatsApp-first way to run a clinic and keep patient records safe.

Why we started
Large systems weren’t made for micro/mini clinics. We wanted a tool that feels invisible: clinics get WhatsApp booking, digital queues, GST bills, and e-prescriptions; patients get a free health locker to store medical documents online, no app.

Our AI co-pilot (Doku)
Snap a photo of a handwritten parcha and DocPoc converts it into a clean digital prescription by extracting medicines, strength, dose/frequency, duration, diagnosis, and vitals. It creates/updates the patient automatically and saves everything to the health locker. Ask in Hindi or English (type or voice) for summaries like “pichhle 6 mahine ka BP trend?”: and get instant insights.
