A token is a small piece of text that Doku reads or writes. A typical Doku question uses about 500 tokens and a dictated consultation note about 2,000. Doku chat, clinical notes and dictation all share one allowance. Pro’s 2.5 lakh tokens a month cover roughly 125 dictated notes.
Only that feature pauses until your next month starts; everything else keeps working. Free’s one-time allowances don’t renew. You can upgrade any time from Settings → Plan in the app.
Choose a paid plan to keep using DocPoc. Until you do, the app is locked, but nothing is deleted: your patients, prescriptions and bills are all there the moment you upgrade.
